Sweat & Reset: Run, Train, and Recover with DRYYP Sauna & FitClub
Kick off your weekend with movement, community, and recovery. Join FitClub x DRYYP Sauna for a guided morning that blends fitness and contrast therapy to help you reset and recharge.
Start your morning your way — join Coach Evan for an easy-paced 5K run, jump into FitClub’s bootcamp-style strength class, or do both. However you move, you’ll finish strong with a guided sauna + cold plunge experiencedesigned to restore your body and calm your mind.
Each sauna session includes 2–3 guided Nordic cycles alternating between heat and cold, with space to relax and hydrate between rounds.
Schedule
8:15 AM – Warmup
8:25 – 9:00 AM – Run (5K led by Coach Evan)
9:00 AM – Strength / Bootcamp Class (led by Coach Evan)
Sauna + Cold Plunge Sessions:
Session 1: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Session 2: 10:00 – 12:00 PM
(limited to 10 participants per session)
What to Bring
Workout clothes or whatever you’re comfortable sweating in, towel, slides, and a water bottle.
What to Expect
Start with a run or workout class (both are optional)
Wood-fired sauna + guided cold plunges
2–3 full heat + cold rotations
Towels and hydration provided
Restorative, community-driven experience
